I feel like he spent his life trying to make up for the horrible choices of his youth, only God can tell whether he succeeded. I also think he accomplished more in his career as a Senator than either of his brothers accomplished as President or Attorney General.
He was a pretty incredible man. did you see that he was an artist as well. The painting of the compound in Hyannis was awesome. I was at a party there once (the Kennedys were not in residence!). I called my parents collect from Maria and Arnold's room, just to prove I was there.
