With baseball season just underway I thought I would post a picture of my dad who was a baseball player. He was a "south paw first baseman," played on the Brooklyn Dodgers farm team in the late 1930's early 40's and played on the ARMY baseball team during WWII. Here is a picture of him I am guessing about 1935-37.

Hi, Mar nice memory. Photo's are one of the best things to have ever been invented, they can bring so much joy and pleasure, and help jive our memories. My baby is 25 tody, hardly seems possible.

Maeves I love these old photo's. They are so cool to look. Not just because they are black and white but you can imagine what it was like back in the day.. thanks for sharing.. My mom is going to buy me a scanner for x-mas and I am going to scan some of my photo's from my great grand parents era..
